Adressen ab 50/100 aus 44 offenen Quellen, die in den letzten 48 Stunden noch gelistet waren, kommen in Frage. Tor-Exits und gekaperte Netze nie.

Adressen werden nach dem RDAP-Abuse-Kontakt gruppiert: Jeder Betreiber erhält einen Bericht mit Belegen und CSV. Höchstens eine Meldung alle 7 Tage pro Postfach, eine Adresse höchstens alle 30 Tage.

Antworten werden ihrer Meldung zugeordnet und eingestuft — bestätigt, beantwortet, gelöst, abgelehnt oder unzustellbar. Auszüge ohne E-Mail-Adressen, Telefonnummern und Links.
